Terms of Service

Effective September 2026

These terms govern dog waste pickup service provided by Peach State Services & Restoration LLC, a Georgia limited liability company doing business as Double Dog Duty. By completing checkout you agree to them.

Service

We remove dog waste from the yard at the service address you provide, at the frequency you select. Waste is bagged and placed in your household trash bin unless we agree otherwise in writing. Service covers a standard residential yard of up to one half acre. Yards larger than one half acre carry the posted acreage charge.

Access

• You are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the yard, including any gate code or key needed.
• Dogs must be secured indoors or otherwise away from the service area during your service window. Our crews will not enter a yard occupied by a loose dog.
• If we cannot access the yard, we will notify you and return at no additional charge when access is available. Repeated inaccessible visits may result in cancellation.
• We are not responsible for pets that leave an enclosure through a gate we did not open, or through a gate, fence or latch that is damaged or defective.

Billing

• Service is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. The annual visit count for your plan is divided into twelve equal monthly payments, so your charge is the same every month regardless of how many visits fall in a given month.
• The first visit reset fee is a one time charge collected at signup and is not refundable once the first visit has been performed.
• If a payment fails, Stripe will retry. Service may be suspended if payment is not received.

Cancellation

Service is month to month with no term commitment and no cancellation fee. Notify us by phone or email and service stops at the end of your current paid month. We do not prorate partial months.

Weather and interruptions

We may reschedule visits for severe weather, standing water, snow or ice cover, or unsafe conditions. Missed visits caused by conditions are made up on the next available route day. Extended interruptions beyond one visit will be credited on request.

Limitations

We remove dog waste only. We do not diagnose or treat pet illness, remove other animal waste, perform lawn care, or guarantee the removal of stains, odor or waste concealed by tall grass, leaves, snow, mulch or landscaping. We are not liable for lawn discoloration or damage caused by pet waste or urine.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from service is limited to the amount you paid for service during the three months preceding the claim. We carry general liability and workers compensation coverage. Proof of coverage is available on request.

Changes

We may update pricing or these terms with at least thirty days notice by email to the address on your account. Continued service after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Venue for any dispute is Bibb County, Georgia.
